BANQUET HALL RENTAL AGREEMENT

 

The following stipulations shall apply for the rental of the Fire Co. banquet room:

1.  No rental party will be permitted to have alcohol present during the rental unless a member of the Fire Co. is present throughout the rental.

2.  The kitchen shall not be used unless a member of the Fire Co. is present throughout the rental.

3.  No on under the age of 21 shall consume alcohol.

4.  There will be a (3) three hour limit on the use of the building.

5.  There will be no alcohol or loitering in the parking lot.  All persons in the rental party are expected to stay in the building and conduct themselves in a respectful manner.

6.  The engine room will be off-limits at all times.

 

Clean up should be completed at end of rental.  There will be an additional fee if the Fire Co. must clean up.

 

FEES

 

$ 100 For use of the building.  Payment is expected one week prior to date of use.

$ 75  security deposit.  To be paid as a separate payment prior to the use of the building.

$ 25 required if Fire Co. cleans up after rental.

 

Should there be any damages to the building, the security deposit will be forfeited and the party renting the building will be responsible for payment of any repairs above the $ 75 security deposit fee.

 

I the undersigned agree to all of the above regulations for the rental of the Mount Union Fire Co. banquet room.
