R7 assists EMS with physical rescue

Februrary 26th - Station 7 EMS ws alerted for a female patient repoted to be down in her aparatment on Taylor Apartments, Borough of Mount Union.  EMS went on scene with the patient down on floor blocking the door and unable to move.  EMS requested R7 to assist with the extrication.  R7 (Lt. Baker) responded with a full crew and assisted the housing authority personell with gaining access through the wall beside the door.  Once opened, FF Rhodes gained access to the apartment and assisted patient movement enough to get the door open and EMS took over patient care.

R7 assists with vehicle accident on 26 Box

Februrary 15th - At approx. 07:35 - Station 7 was alerted to assist MC 26 on a vehicle accident on Ferguson Valley Road, Wayne Township, Mifflin County.  R7 and Amb. 701 responded.

7-12 Box struck for possible residential fire

February 8th - At 22:40, a 7-12 box was struck for a possible house fire on Christoff Lane, Shirley Township, Huntingdon County.  Numerous members were at the station and E7 responded and was on scene as County was finalizing the initial dispatch.  Q7 and R7 also responding within 3 minutes of the initial dispatch.  Crew members of E7 used a water can in the crawl space on the initial attack.  A large amount of overhaul was required on the exterior of the home in the area of the chimney.  The box also included MCE26, MCT26, E20, T20, E9, E2, E12, T12, T6, MCT18, MCE18 and E50.  Units were back in service at 01:00.
